Domaine Lajibe sits in Jurançon, the steep Pyrenean foothills of South West France where indigenous grapes thrive in challenging terrain. The winery works with the region's signature varieties: Petit Manseng, Gros Manseng, Petit Courbu, and Manseng—grapes that demand skill to ripen fully yet reward patience with concentrated character. Serres-Seques Blanc, a blend of Petit Courbu, Gros Manseng, and Petit Manseng, anchors the portfolio. Carmeret, built from Manseng and Petit Courbu, and Haure round out the core range.
