Domaine Lajibe

Domaine Lajibe sits in Jurançon, the steep Pyrenean foothills of South West France where indigenous grapes thrive in challenging terrain. The winery works with the region's signature varieties: Petit Manseng, Gros Manseng, Petit Courbu, and Manseng—grapes that demand skill to ripen fully yet reward patience with concentrated character. Serres-Seques Blanc, a blend of Petit Courbu, Gros Manseng, and Petit Manseng, anchors the portfolio. Carmeret, built from Manseng and Petit Courbu, and Haure round out the core range. These wines have been assessed by Wine Advocate. Jurançon's continental climate and slate-rich soils produce whites of mineral precision and textural depth, expressions of a terroir that remains less familiar than Bordeaux or Burgundy but equally compelling for those seeking regional authenticity.
