Domaine Perrot-Minot works the limestone and clay soils of Morey-Saint-Denis, in Burgundy's Côte de Nuits, where Pinot Noir reaches its finest expression. The domaine's portfolio centers on old-vine parcels that capture the mineral precision and dark fruit intensity characteristic of the region. Chambertin-Clos de Bèze Vieilles Vignes Grand Cru, the flagship, draws from one of Burgundy's most storied vineyard sites. Alongside it stand Vignes Centenaires 'La Richemone' and Gevrey-Chambertin Vieilles Vignes 'Champerrier'—both expressions of century-old vines that distill terroir into bottle.
