The estate focuses on two distinct expressions: Moordenaarskloof Chenin Blanc and Siren Syrah, both rated 91 points by prestige critics including Wine Advocate, Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, Decanter, and Falstaff. The Chenin Blanc captures the mineral precision and stone-fruit character the variety achieves in this maritime climate, while the Syrah displays the dark fruit intensity and structure Stellenbosch terroir imparts to the grape. Dornier also produces Donatus Red, a Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, and Malbec rated 90 points by the same panel of critics.
