Draxton produces wines from Alexander Valley, Sonoma County's warm benchland in the North Coast. The winery focuses on varieties suited to the region's diurnal temperature swings: Sauvignon Blanc, which captures the valley's mineral precision; Pinot Noir, drawing structure from cooler microclimates; and Pinot Meunier Rosé, a less common expression of the Champagne variety.
