Dunstan produces wines from Sonoma Coast, the cool maritime region of Sonoma County known for elegant, mineral-driven expressions of cool-climate varietals. The winery sources from Durell Vineyard, drawing Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from vines shaped by Pacific influence and fog. The Durell Vineyard Chardonnay shows the region's signature tension between ripeness and acidity, while the Durell Vineyard Pinot Noir captures the silky structure and red-fruit character Sonoma Coast is recognized for.
