Edlmoser produces wines from Wien, Austria's capital wine region, where urban vineyards and limestone soils shape distinctive expressions of both international and indigenous varieties. The winery's portfolio centers on three flagship wines: La Paz, a Shiraz that channels the grape's dark fruit intensity; Ried Himmel Maurerberg Weisser Burgunder Kalkstein, a Weissburgunder that reflects the mineral character of calcareous terroir; and Erbstück, built on Sankt Laurent, Austria's signature red variety. These wines have been assessed by Falstaff, Wine Advocate, and Wine Spectator.
