Soellner produces wines from Austria's Wagram region in Niederösterreich, where loess and sand soils define the terroir. The winery's portfolio centers on the region's signature varieties: Riesling and Grüner Veltliner. The Riesling Vogelthen, sourced from a single vineyard site, represents the winery's work with the variety's mineral and aromatic potential. Two Grüner Veltliner bottlings—Fumberg and Weelfel—showcase the grape's range across different parcels, each capturing distinct expressions of the Wagram's growing conditions.
