L'Ame Forest Pouilly-Fuissé captures the appellation's upper tier—a wine that has drawn attention from Wine Advocate, Decanter, and Wine Spectator. Terre Noire Saint-Véran and Mâcon-Pierreclos Le Clos des Charmes Monopole, the latter a single-vineyard bottling, round out a focused range.
