Eugen Müller works the steep vineyards of Forst, in the Pfalz region of Germany's Rhineland-Palatinate. The winery focuses on Riesling, the region's signature variety, drawing from two of Forst's most celebrated vineyard sites: Kirchenstück and Stift. The Forster Stift Riesling Eiswein—a dessert wine made from frozen grapes—and the Kirchenstück Riesling Auslese represent the winery's commitment to late-harvest expressions, where Riesling's natural acidity and mineral character intensify under selective picking. The dry Forster Kirchenstück rounds out the portfolio. Wines from Eugen Müller have been assessed by Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, Falstaff, and Wine Advocate.
