Folini produces Nebbiolo from Valtellina, the alpine valley in Lombardia where this temperamental grape finds expression in wines of structure and mineral precision. Folini's Sforzato di Valtellina—a concentrated, late-harvest interpretation of Nebbiolo—demonstrates the intensity possible at elevation.
