Fuentes del Silencio produces wines from Castilla y León, Spain's vast interior plateau. The winery works with indigenous and heritage grapes—Mencia, Prieto Picudo, Alicante Bouschet, and Palomino—that reflect the region's continental climate and varied terroirs. La Gándara, a blend of Mencia, Alicante Bouschet, and Palomino, stands as the winery's flagship expression, earning recognition from Wine Advocate and Decanter. Prieto Picudo Viejo showcases the potential of the rare Prieto Picudo variety, a grape with deep roots in the region. Las Quintas Cepas Viejas, another Mencia-based blend, demonstrates the winery's commitment to old-vine fruit.
