Gradis'Ciutta produces wines from Collio, the northeastern Italian region renowned for mineral-driven whites and structured reds. The winery's Collio Bianco Riserva—a blend of Friulano, Ribolla Gialla, and Malvasia—represents the region's signature approach to white wine, layering aromatic complexity with the crisp acidity and stone-fruit character typical of Collio's limestone soils. The Malvasia Collio, made from the region's native Malvasia grape, showcases the variety's floral and herbal dimensions. For red wine, the Collio Rosso Riserva combines Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, grapes that thrive in Friuli-Venezia Giulia's cool continental climate and express both ripeness and tannin structure.
