Hannes Sabathi produces wines from Südsteiermark, the southernmost wine region of Styria in Austria. The winery focuses on white varieties suited to the region's cool continental climate and limestone-rich soils. Sauvignon Blanc is the flagship expression, with the Ried Kranachberg bottling showing the mineral precision and herbaceous character typical of the variety in this terroir. The Kranachberg Sauvignon Blanc offers a slightly broader interpretation of the same vineyard site.
