Hiruzta produces wines from Getariako Txakolina, a coastal region in País Vasco known for crisp, mineral white wines and light reds shaped by Atlantic influence. The winery's portfolio centers on Hondarrabi Zuri, the region's signature white variety, which appears in Berezia and Parcela No. 3 Hondarrabi Zuri—both expressions that have drawn assessment from Wine Advocate, Wine Enthusiast, and Decanter.
