The Grand Assemblage Brut Premier Cru and La Grande Cuvée Millesime Brut—both built on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir—represent the winery's core expression, each rated 93 by prestige critics including Wine Enthusiast and Wine Spectator. The Grand Assemblage Extra Brut, a drier iteration across all three traditional varieties, scores 91. These wines reflect the precision and balance that define serious Champagne production.
