Knorhoek
Knorhoek is a Stellenbosch winery producing wines from the Coastal Region of South Africa's Western Cape. The estate works with two flagship varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon and Chenin Blanc. The Cabernet Sauvignon, a natural fit for Stellenbosch's warm, structured terroir, has drawn attention from major critics including Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator, Decanter, Wine Enthusiast, and Falstaff. The Chenin Blanc—a variety with deep roots in South African winemaking—rounds out the portfolio. Both wines reflect the region's capacity for ripe fruit and mineral definition. Stellenbosch itself, long established as a source of serious reds and expressive whites, offers the elevation and soil diversity that shape these two distinct expressions.
