Köfererhof produces wines from Südtirol, the Alpine region of northern Italy where cool nights and mineral-rich soils shape crisp, food-friendly whites. The winery works primarily with varieties suited to high altitude: Sylvaner, Riesling, and Kerner. The R Sylvaner displays the grape's characteristic green-fruit clarity and mineral spine. Riesling R carries the region's signature balance of stone-fruit aromatics and bright acidity. Kerner, a Südtirol specialty, rounds out the portfolio with its own textural complexity.
