Kornell produces wines from Südtirol, the Alpine region of northeastern Italy where cool mountain air and limestone soils shape distinctive character. The winery's portfolio centers on both red and white expressions. Staves Cabernet, built from Cabernet Sauvignon, demonstrates the region's capacity for structured reds. Kressfeld Merlot Riserva offers a reserve-level interpretation of Merlot. On the white side, Aichberg Weiss blends Weissburgunder, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc—a combination that reflects Südtirol's tradition of aromatic, mineral-driven whites.
