The house works primarily with indigenous varieties: Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave form the backbone of Monte Stella Soave Classico, a wine that expresses the classical character of its denomination. Arzimo, a single-varietal Garganega, demonstrates the grape's capacity for structure and depth. Carmenos, a blend of Oseleta and Carménère, shows the winery's engagement with both regional tradition and international varieties.
