La Cayetana produces wines from Mendoza, Argentina's premier wine region. The winery works with the classic grapes of the region: Malbec, the dark-fruited backbone of Argentine wine; Pedro Ximenez, a white variety with distinctive character; and Syrah, which thrives in Mendoza's high-altitude terroir. El Corazon Manda, a Malbec, stands as the winery's flagship expression. Criolla Blanca, made from Pedro Ximenez, offers an alternative expression in white. A Syrah rounds out the core portfolio.
