La Ginestraia works with the native white varieties of Liguria's Riviera Ligure di Ponente, a coastal region where Mediterranean influence shapes the character of the wines. Pigato and Vermentino thrive in this maritime climate, developing the mineral precision and aromatic intensity that define the appellation. The winery's Le Marige Pigato and Vermentino stand as expressions of these grapes at their core—both rated 88 points by prestige critics. Biancodamare Pigato, also from Pigato, rounds out the portfolio. These are wines rooted in place: the Ligurian coast's rocky soils and salt-tinged air leave their mark in the glass.
