Lamblin & Fils produces wines from Chablis, the northernmost region of Bourgogne, where Chardonnay thrives in cool limestone soils. The winery's flagship expressions are its Grand Cru bottlings: Chablis Grand Cru 'Les Clos' and Chablis Grand Cru 'Vaudesir', both pure Chardonnay that have been assessed by Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, Wine Advocate, and Decanter. Chablis Grand Cru 'Les Clos' represents the upper tier of the appellation's quality hierarchy, while 'Vaudesir' offers another expression of the region's mineral-driven character. Beyond its Chablis focus, the winery also produces Moulin À Vent, a Gamay-based wine from the Beaujolais cru region. The portfolio reflects a commitment to the classic white wines of northern Bourgogne alongside select red production.
