Louis Tête

Louis Tête produces Gamay-based wines from Beaujolais, the historic region in eastern France known for its light, fruit-forward reds. The winery's core expression, a Beaujolais, captures the varietal's characteristic freshness and elegance. Two cru bottlings—Le Chatelin Brouilly and Les Renardières Brouilly—demonstrate the depth available within Brouilly, one of Beaujolais's ten designated crus. Gamay thrives in Beaujolais's granite and schist soils, yielding wines with bright acidity and subtle structure. The wines have been assessed by Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, and Decanter.
