Macari produces wines on Long Island's North Fork, where maritime influence and glacial soils shape the vineyard's character. The winery's portfolio centers on Pinot Meunier and Merlot-based blends, with sparkling rosé rounding out the range. Its Pinot Meunier achieves depth and structure typical of the variety when grown in cool climates. Alexandra, a Bordeaux-style blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and Malbec, reflects the region's capacity for layered, age-worthy reds. Cuvée Gabriella Brut Rosé, made from Pinot Noir, offers the brightness and complexity expected of traditional-method sparkling wine.
