MadFish produces wines from Western Australia, a region defined by bright acidity and mineral precision across its cooler-climate sites. The winery's portfolio centers on three flagship expressions: a Shiraz that channels the region's dark-fruit intensity and structure, a Chardonnay built on the stone-fruit and oak-driven character typical of Australian cool-climate viticulture, and a Sauvignon Blanc Sémillon blend that marries the aromatic snap of Sauvignon Blanc with the textural weight and complexity Sémillon brings to white blends.
