Madia operates in Puglia, the sun-drenched region of southern Italy where Mediterranean warmth and ancient vineyard traditions converge. The winery works with grapes native to and suited to the region's terroir: Bombino Nero, Primitivo, and Fiano among them, alongside international varieties like Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay.
