Masseria Falvo operates in Calabria, the southernmost region of mainland Italy, where Mediterranean heat and ancient volcanic soils shape distinctive wine character. The winery works with indigenous and international varieties suited to the region's climate. Terre di Cosenza Pollino Magliocco Riserva, made from Magliocco Canino, represents the local terroir—a grape deeply rooted in Calabrian viticulture. Donna Filomena, a Malvasia expression, and Pircoa, a white blend of Riesling, Malvasia, and Traminer, round out the portfolio. Wine Advocate has assessed the winery's output, with these three wines earning ratings in the 88–89 range.
