Mont-Ferrant produces sparkling wines in Cava, Spain's principal appellation for traditional-method bottled fermentation. The house works with the region's classic trio of grapes—Xarel-lo, Macabeo, and Parellada—each contributing structure, body, and aromatic complexity to the final blend. Cava Berta Bouzy Extra Brut, the flagship, combines all three varieties in a dry, mineral-driven expression. The L'Americano Brut Reserva and Gran Cuvée Brut Reserva extend the range with extended aging that deepens texture and develops secondary flavors.
