The winery works with the classic Valpolicella grapes—Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara—crafting both fresh and appassimento styles. The Bardolino Chiaretto, a lighter expression built on Corvina and Rondinella, shows the region's range beyond its heavier reds. The two Amarone bottlings—Costa delle Corone and Andrea—represent the appassimento tradition, where grapes are dried before fermentation to concentrate sugars and tannins.
