Niki Windisch operates in Weinland, the largest wine region of Niederösterreich in eastern Austria. The winery produces wines from classic Austrian varieties alongside international grapes. Its portfolio includes the Sandwühler Merlot, a Merlot-based wine that has received recognition from Falstaff, and the Sandwühler Trockenbeerenauslese Zweigelt, a sweet wine made from the native Zweigelt variety. The Blaufränkisch Ried Leithen, crafted from Blaufränkisch—a dark-skinned grape central to Austrian viticulture—rounds out the winery's core offerings. Falstaff has assessed wines across the range.
