Oeno Π works with Assyrtiko, the signature white grape of Santorini. The winery's two flagship expressions—Akulumbo and Tria Ampelia White—showcase the volcanic terroir of the Cyclades, where the mineral-driven character of Assyrtiko thrives in the Aegean's demanding climate. Both wines have been assessed by Decanter and Wine Enthusiast. Akulumbo represents the upper range of the winery's output, while Tria Ampelia White offers a complementary expression of the same varietal. Santorini's unique combination of volcanic soil, intense sun, and sea-facing exposure shapes wines of distinctive acidity and salinity—hallmarks of the island's finest whites.
