The Gran Vintage Cava de Paraje Gran Reserva Brut, a blend of Xarel-lo, Parellada, and Macabeo, stands as the flagship expression. The Cava Maria del Mar Gran Reserva Brut adds Chardonnay to the base varieties, while the Cava Vintage Brut Gran Reserva pairs Chardonnay with Xarel-lo for a leaner profile.
