Pertinace

Pertinace produces Nebbiolo-based wines from the Langhe region of Piemonte, in northern Italy's most prestigious wine territory. The winery's portfolio centers on two of the region's defining expressions: Barbaresco and Barolo, both crafted from Nebbiolo grapes grown in carefully selected vineyard sites. The Barbaresco Vigneto Nervo and Barbaresco Marcarini represent the winery's work in this elegant, structured appellation, while its Barolo demonstrates the grape's capacity for power and complexity in the region's most celebrated zone. Nebbiolo in Langhe yields wines marked by high acidity, tannin structure, and aromatic intensity—characteristics that emerge across Pertinace's range. The wines have been assessed by major international critics including Wine Enthusiast, Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator, Decanter, and Falstaff.
