Pierre Girardin

Girardin's range covers 89 labels reaching across both halves of the Côte d'Or, from Côte de Beaune whites to Côte de Nuits reds. Chevalier-Montrachet and Griotte-Chambertin are the Grand Crus, and the Premier Cru rank runs through Puligny-Montrachet 'Champ Gain', Meursault 'Les Poruzots' and Chassagne-Montrachet 'Vigne Blanche', with Vosne-Romanée 'Aux Champs Perdrix' and Gevrey-Chambertin La Justice below. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are the only two grapes in the lineup, all of it under AOP. Four prestige critics rate the wines and average just over 91, with Wine Advocate and Wine Spectator both hitting 97 on 2018s.
