Poeira produces wines from the Douro region of Northern Portugal, where steep terraced vineyards and schist soils shape some of the world's most structured red wines. The winery works with the region's signature varieties: Touriga Nacional, known for its dark fruit intensity and firm tannins; Touriga Francesa, which brings floral complexity; and Souzao, a robust complement to the blend. Vinha da Torre, a Touriga Nacional bottling, represents the winery's top expression. The portfolio also includes 25 Barricas and 36 Barricas, both blends that showcase the interplay of these indigenous grapes. Poeira's wines have been assessed by Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate, and Decanter.
