Poulvarel produces wines from Languedoc-Roussillon, the sprawling southern French region known for robust reds and Mediterranean whites. The winery's portfolio centers on Costières de Nîmes, a subregion celebrated for Grenache and Syrah-based blends that thrive in its warm, stony terroir. Les Perrottes Costières de Nîmes, a blend of Carignan, Syrah, and Grenache, anchors the red lineup. On the white side, Les Cantarelles combines Grenache Blanc, Vermentino, and Roussanne—varieties that capture the region's sun-baked character and mineral spine. The Costières de Nîmes Rouge, built from Syrah and Grenache, rounds out the core range. Poulvarel's wines have been assessed by Wine Advocate, Wine Enthusiast, and Wine Spectator.
