Psagot produces wines in the Judean Hills, in the Jerusalem region of Israel. The winery's portfolio centers on Cabernet Sauvignon and Bordeaux varieties suited to the region's continental climate and limestone soils. Edom Red, a Cabernet Sauvignon, represents the winery's core expression, while Homeland—a blend of Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, and Petite Sirah—demonstrates a more complex approach to the region's terroir. A Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon rounds out the flagship range. The wines have been assessed by Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate, Wine Enthusiast, Decanter, and Falstaff.
