Puchang produces wines in Xinjiang, China's northernmost wine region, where continental climate and desert terrain create distinctive growing conditions. The winery focuses on Georgian grape varieties—Saperavi and Rkatsiteli—which thrive in the region's temperature extremes and mineral-rich soils. The Premium Reserve Saperavi, a dark-skinned variety known for structure and aging potential, represents the winery's top expression. Rkatsiteli, a white grape with natural acidity and stone-fruit character, rounds out the portfolio alongside Viaseres. These wines have been assessed by Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator, and Wine Enthusiast, reflecting Puchang's position within China's emerging fine wine landscape.
