Raína produces wines from Umbria, a region in central Italy known for distinctive indigenous varieties and elegant expressions of place. The winery's portfolio centers on two grapes central to Umbrian viticulture: Grechetto, a white of mineral precision and aromatic lift, and Sagrantino, a dark-skinned variety that yields structured, age-worthy reds. The Umbria Grechetto demonstrates the variety's capacity for complexity and balance. Campo di Raína Montefalco Sagrantino and Le Pretelle Montefalco Sagrantino represent the winery's work with Sagrantino, the signature red of the Montefalco zone.
