Manuel Raventós, a single-varietal expression of Xarel-lo, represents the winery's exploration of what this grape can achieve on its own. The Cava Gran Reserva Personal Manuel Raventós blends all three traditional varieties into a more complex whole, while De Nit offers another take on the same fruit.
