Recchia produces wines from Valpolicella, the storied red wine region of Veneto in northern Italy. The winery's portfolio centers on the region's traditional varieties—Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara—vinified in the distinctive styles that define the area. The Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore, a blend of Rondinella, Molinara, and Corvinone, represents the ripasso method, where base wine is re-fermented on the skins of dried grapes to gain structure and depth. Recchia also produces two Amarone della Valpolicella Classico expressions: one built from Rondinella, Corvina, and Molinara, and the Cà Bertoldi bottling from Rondinella and Corvina. Amarone, made from air-dried grapes, yields concentrated, full-bodied wines with the region's characteristic dark fruit and spice. These wines have been assessed by Wine Enthusiast, Decanter, and Wine Spectator.
