Rectoral de Gundivós is situated in Ribeira Sacra, Galicia's steep-terraced river valley where granite soils and Atlantic influence shape wines of mineral precision. The winery works with the region's signature varieties: Godello, a white of bracing acidity and stone-fruit character, and Mencía, a red grape that yields wines with structure and dark berry depth. Ímbrice, their Godello, demonstrates the variety's capacity for complexity and aging potential. Adobe, a blend of Mencía and Garnacha, captures the textural richness and spice that define Ribeira Sacra's red wines. Amboa Lutum, a single-varietal Mencía, rounds out their core range.
