The winery works across the region's signature grapes: Lagrein, a dark-skinned variety native to the area; Cabernet Sauvignon, which finds structure and freshness in these elevations; and Gewürztraminer, the aromatic white that thrives in Alto Adige's terroir. Manus Lagrein, the winery's flagship red, demonstrates the grape's capacity for depth and complexity.
