The winery's portfolio centers on Amarone della Valpolicella Classico and its Riserva expression, Destinée, both built from the traditional blend of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara, and Oseleta. These grapes are partially dried before fermentation, concentrating their sugars and developing the rich, structured wines characteristic of the appellation.
