San Cassiano produces wines from Valpolicella, the historic red wine region of Veneto in Northern Italy. The winery works with the classic local varieties—Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara—that define the area's character: structured, elegant reds with dark fruit and subtle earthiness. The flagship Le Alène Rosso Veneto, a blend of Molinara, Corvina, and Rondinella, represents the winery's approach to the regional palette. Alongside it, San Cassiano makes Amarone della Valpolicella, the region's celebrated dried-grape wine, and Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore, which uses the traditional ripasso method to deepen color and complexity. These wines have been assessed by Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, and Decanter.
