Sentiō is located in Beechworth, in Victoria's North East region. The winery produces Nebbiolo and Gamay—two varieties that thrive in cool-climate conditions. Nebbiolo, traditionally associated with the Piedmont region of Italy, brings structure and complexity to the cellar. Gamay, the signature red of Beaujolais, expresses itself with bright acidity and mineral character in this Australian terroir. Both wines have been assessed by Wine Advocate. The Nebbiolo achieves an average prestige rating of 89.6, while the Gamay rates at 88.7.
