Stefania Barbot

Stefania Barbot works in Taurasi, Campania's volcanic heartland in southern Italy. The winery focuses on two grapes native to the region: Aglianico, the dark-skinned variety that defines Taurasi's structure and aging potential, and Fiano, a white that thrives in these limestone and volcanic soils. Fren, an Aglianico, represents the winery's core expression of the varietal. Ion, also Aglianico, offers a complementary take on the grape.
