The winery produces wines across Bordeaux and Rhône varieties, with particular focus on Carménère—Chile's signature grape—alongside Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. The Tara-Pakay, a Syrah-Cabernet blend, represents the upper tier of the portfolio. The Gran Reserva Etiqueta Negra Carménère showcases the variety's dark fruit and spice character, while the Gran Reserva Etiqueta Azul Red Blend draws on Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Cabernet Franc.
