Tarsus produces wines from Castilla y León, Spain's vast continental plateau. The winery focuses on Ribera del Duero, a region defined by the Duero River valley and its demanding climate—cold winters, hot summers, and diurnal temperature swings that concentrate fruit and tannin in the local Tinta del País grape. The flagship Ribera del Duero draws entirely from this variety, capturing the region's mineral-edged intensity. The Ribera del Duero Reserva blends Tinta del País with Cabernet Sauvignon, adding structure and darker fruit notes to the native character. Both wines have been assessed by Wine Enthusiast and Wine Spectator.
