Textura
Textura produces wines from Dão, the Beiras subregion of central Portugal known for elegant reds and mineral whites. The winery works with indigenous varieties that define the region's character: Bastardo, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional, and Alfrocheiro for red wines; Cerceal Branco, Encruzado, and Bical for whites. D. Áurea, a single-varietal Bastardo, represents the winery's focus on the depth and structure this grape achieves in Dão's schist-based terroir. Pura blends three regional red varieties into a balanced expression of the appellation. Textura da Estrela Branco showcases the aromatic and textural potential of the region's white grapes. The wines have been assessed by Wine Advocate, Wine Enthusiast, and Decanter.
